...Food scientist Alexandra Hyde was asked this question shortly after she moved to West London in February 2020. As it happens, her canapé bacon, gruyère quiches and zingy lemon tarts had been very popular with her catering clients and the potential for almost endless flavour combinations sounded like a fun challenge.
