Literally hundreds of varieties later plus extensive pastry research in The University of Reading’s research bakery (and commissioning the exclusive-to-Tart Tart Quiche pastry press pictured above) and here we are!
The result is award winning, creamy fillings rich in protein and fibre surrounded by super crispy, buttery pastry.
Unlike most chefs, Alexandra is a registered associate nutritionist with a PhD in physiology, so she uses her scientific knowledge to maximise the taste, texture and nutrition benefits of every carefully selected ingredient and cooking method.
